Beatrix worked as a German teacher at a middle school in Sterzing for over 20 years. During this time, she organized reading workshops for students with Luis Benedikter and worked alongside Helga Jud on theatre and musical projects.
From 2012 to 2024, she was a staff member at the Pedagogical Department in Bozen. She supported the development of creative writing workshops featuring performance-based presentations for students across the region. These resulted in projects such as audio guides for the Museion in Bozen and publications for the Rudolf Stolz Museum in Sexten.
Together with Alexandra Hofer and Christian Blaas, she co-founded the “Schule braucht Theater” initiative. Beatrix supported the Aufschnaiter middle school in Bozen in establishing its “theatre classes” and initiated the partnership between the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen and the school. From 2014 to 2024, she represented the school sector as a board member of the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen.
