Erika has worked on a wide variety of projects after completing extensive training in theatre, drama therapy, and theatre education. She directs theatre productions for children, youth, and adults, while also performing on stage herself.
From 2009 to 2018, she organized the annual Aterteater theatre festival in Gadertal. Erika worked for the Pedagogical Institute of the Ladin Education Directorate and continues to create cultural content for RAI’s Ladin programming. At the Faculty of Education at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, she works as a lecturer leading the Children’s Literature Workshop. She is particularly passionate about multilingual theatre projects and theatre work in challenging psychosocial contexts, where she can draw on the skills gained during her drama therapy training.
